Important documents for everyday life

Keep your vehicle service paperwork easy to find.

A repair receipt may explain work performed, a part installed or a warranty term. Keep copies organized so you can bring the right paperwork to a service conversation or sale.

No credit card required for Starter Vault.

A vehicle document checklist

  • Service invoices and receipts, with dates and recorded mileage.
  • Repair descriptions, parts information and warranty terms.
  • Inspection reports and relevant service recommendations.
  • Purchase documents, title reference copies and insurance information.
  • Photos and correspondence related to repairs or incidents.

Organize car repair receipts

Use the vehicle identifier, service date and supplier in the title. Keep records for different vehicles distinguishable. An invoice index can help you review service history without changing the original documents.

When the paperwork is useful

A repaired part fails again. Find the earlier invoice and warranty terms before calling the shop. The shop determines whether the work is covered; EnsureLoc helps you locate your copies.

Share only what is needed

Share selected service records with an authorized family member or business contact. Review documents before providing copies to a buyer and avoid disclosing unnecessary personal information. Keep physical originals where required.

Privacy and access stay under your control

Documents are private by default. Choose which documents to share and whether a Trusted Connection can view, upload or download. Trusted Connections cannot delete your documents. Review security details and how sharing works.

Questions before you start

Does EnsureLoc retrieve a vehicle history automatically?

No. You upload your own documents. It does not pull history reports, track vehicle condition or monitor recalls.

Can this replace my service schedule?

No. Follow the manufacturer’s and service provider’s guidance. EnsureLoc keeps the supporting documents and any reminders you choose to create.
